Arthur Wheeler

Arthur Wheeler was a long term member of Bemsee, again living in that close catchment area of surrey where others such as Gordon Cobbold, Noel Pope, and of course Brooklands resided. This obituary in the bike press on his passing gives a very sound appraisal of the man and his achievements .
